I just saw this alert in the privacy settings, but I don’t think I’ve seen it there before. My app uses this feature… Will it be back soon?
did you change the version of your app recently? That is a newer feature which maybe didn’t carry over into a new version update?

That limitation has been around forever (literally)… search the forum for it.

Thank for the tips guys. I’m not sure what happened. All of the sudden my privacy rules started blocking my data randomly.
I could have sworn they released a new feature that allows for that now…am I reading this improperly and the feature only relates to backend?

The tweak in that thread does not address the limitation, and I actually asked about it in the thread because it would have been huge if it had addressed it. I don’t know what broke in OP’s app or how the linked thread is the solution, but again, that limitation of privacy rules is still very much there to this day.
I guess I should stop skim reading the announcements and read them more carefully. When I first glanced at it when originally posted I saw the xy thing and just assumed they finally got around to tweaking the way privacy rules themselves work in regard to how we could craft them.
