Problems upgrading

I have my payment information updated as well as my billing information. However, whenever I try to upgrade my plan from free to a paid one, I keep getting an error to try again later. I’ve tried a different card, I’ve tried changing my details, and nothing seems to work. Has anyone encountered a similar issue before?

You will have to contact support about it. First thing, try refreshing the page or using Chrome as a browser. If that doesn’t fix it, then support is the way to go.
