can bubble do this?

  1. user can set alert on my apps based on time. 3 days , 1week etc. before the scheduled events.

  2. during the alert user can also set to send automatically a message tru email, messengr, sms, viber to customers

  3. user can view all the alerts(active, schedule or incoming and past ) on a list format and calendar format
