I don’t think any of them are real estate but it gives you a broad indication of the range.

On commission based-pricing, I think there is a risk that you get platform leakage, where people take the transaction off the platform to avoid paying the commission, especially as the commission is likely to be large and a buying property is something you do rarely, so they’re less likely to care if they get banned from the platform.

Compare this against say Airbnb where hosts use the platform frequently and don’t want to get banned because they want the future business, so less inclined to take business off the platform.

So upfront listing fee could be the best revenue model.
