My page refresh seems to be in a loop and it takes more than a minute for it to be functional again. Has someone else got this strange behaviour?

Maybe a Bubble hiccup. Try closing the browser out completely and opening again. Let me know if that helps. 
I experience it already a week or two. It just seems that Bubble needs 1 full minute to perform the changes I made… weird
Yeah, that is weird. Maybe send a bug report?
