I am on the Starter plan and I getting this warning/email regarding Workload Usage Spiked when I have consumed only 5% of the monthly allocated workloads. I have not even crossed 50% capacity. I have gone through other forum posts, So I understand how it works, it kinda takes the previous week average and then issues a warning. So I am ok to ignore this warning.
BUT the biggest problem that I am facing is that my end users are getting workflow error messages which is stopping them from using the app. Which is a big NO for me.
Look, I have gone through the logs, clicked on the bars and found out which workflow was causing this issue. I have optimised my app as well.
But I am really concerned as my the app that I have built is an android app. So every time if I run an ad campaign I will have new users signing up and because of some reason if they see such messages and not able to login then all my ad money gets wasted. As per the DB stats 50% of the users have dropped out from signing up.
It creates a very bad user experience for my app. I hope you guys understand.
I really need to understand how to scale my app with users gracefully rather than facing such roadblocks and putting my app to shame. As it will reflect in user reviews. It is like I get doomed before I launch.
I am sure I am missing something, but somehow bubble’s contact and support page is like a dead end. I dont know who to talk to, in order to resolve this issue.
I have optimized the app as per the tutorials. But I have paused my ad campaign. I am not confident to resume my campaign, because I have no idea what next roadblock related to workload user I am going to face.
Is there someone I can talk to? Or do I switch to some other NoCode tool to build my app from scratch which scales up gracefully.
