Simple task not sure why I can’t figure this out.
My users post jobs and have an expiration date for each posting. I want to trigger an API Workflow to send a reminder email 24 hours prior to the expiration date. In my workflow, I’m not able to select a time period of “minus 24 hours” or “- 24 hours”. The only options are + related.
Any help would be appreciated. As of I know I can schedule the Sendgrid email, but I think it will only trigger on the Expiration Date.
