Hi, Bubble newbie here.
In a repeating group with a “do a search for” as the data source, we can add a constraint where a field “contains keyword(s)” of an input’s value.
However, when use “current user’s” as a data source, we can’t automatically add a constraint, we would need to manually add a list filter. (I have no issues with this)
My problem is when filtering the data in an RG where the data source is “current user’s”, there is no option to filter using “contains keyword(s)”, we can only use “contains”
Therefore, for a user to see the results of his/her search, they would need to type the whole name. This will probably lead to poor UX since they would need to remember the whole name. Moreover, what if they misspelled it? There would be no results.
I just started learning Bubble a month ago and I may have missed something that led me to this issue. I would greatly appreciate any help or feedback. Thank you in advance.
