Is anyone else still facing this problem?
Yes, it’s a bug, and they’ve refused to fix it. File a bug report and hope for the best 
If your privacy rule has List of X contains This Thing, try restructuring it to avoid List of X contains as this is what appears to trigger the issue.
They’re not just going to decide not to fix the bug. What nonsense are you talking about? This is a serious bug. It would be fair if Bubble could make a public statement about it. Does anyone here know more? After all, many people are affected. You don’t just sweep something like this under the rug.
