Repeating Group text Alignment

I have a repeating and the text and elements i have inside are not equally aligned. The actual design looks good but in preview mode the elements are not displayed equally.

You could try grouping like this

Add an additional column on the bottom that is empty but the same size as the one above to preserve spacing.

Thank you Jared. Its seems to working. I tried grouping the elements vertically and it worked.
