Repeating Groups Wont Show "New Things" Until Page is Refreshed

Is anyone else having issues with Repeating Groups not immediately showing new information as they normally do?

Sometimes it take about 30 seconds to display a new thing and sometimes it won’t display until I refresh the page. It’s normally instantaneous and never requires a page refresh.

P.S. - A bug report was was sent.
