My clients that request to reset the password with hotmail, live, yahoo account dont recieve the email and they cant get their account back.
Any help??
If you’re willing to do the hard work my workaround is to Use postmark to send the password reset links.
Postmarks delivery rate is unmatched and half of the other services you use get blocked by email providers.

This is the oldest known issue…
There is hundreds of posts talking about it here in the forum.
