Resize page height with javascript

Can someone show me how to add extra height to page, allowing space for group focus to be completely visible.

I know how to make group focus scrollable thanks to post linked below but it i prefer the page to get longer.

Hi I have a GroupFocus that contains a RepeatingGroup. The list of things the RepeatingGroup displays is potentially very long. I don’t know the best way to do this, but having a regular empty group at the bottom of your page that is shown/hidden when the GF is visible may work?

Maybe better: duplicate that GF menu and put it in a transparent+hidden group on your page, visible when GF is visible. No fancy calcs needed.
