Responsive design RTL

I am trying the responsive design and few things are not so clear
when Im in the responsive mode and i resize the page I can see that the right element in the page go down first and then the element next to it etc
since Im building rtl app I need to change it in a way that the left element goes down first and then the one next to eat etc
does someone have any idea ?

Do you mean the way text is wrapped to a new line or how groups are shifted around?
