Restrict display of elements based on screen size

I got the slidebar menu plugin and I am a little bit uncertain about it after having searched through the forum, how to actually set a screen size min - max for the hamburger menu to be displayed only for mobile screens, not for desktop.

Any help, tips, or guidance would be highly appreciated.

How to setup a fixed position for elements when screen is resized

I have two elements set up next to each other inside of a floating group. This is because I couldn’t get the text and the picture to stay at a central fixed position.
