Resubale Floating header not sticking to top on all pages

Hello I am using the new responsive engine functions and for some reason, my reusable header is working fine on my index page but the other pages I put it on it does not stick to the top and float about the elements?

The one that’s working’s position is “fixed.” Try setting the re-usable element’s position as fixed on your pages that are not working.

It was my error. With so many layers in the new responsive editor, the first parent was set to a group not a floating group for some reason.
