Reusable Header can't send information to main page (index)

Hello! I’m having a problem with my reusable header, I want it to take actions on the main page (e.g when I click a text element it scrolls to a specific place on the main page), but when I edit the workflow of the header I cannot access any elements of my main page. This might be a really stupid and easy thing but I’m stuck! My page is here: http://project-reboot.pt/version-test/index?debug_mode=true

TL;DR: In the picture below I’m on my Reusable Header Workflow and I want to see elements from my main page (index).

How to jump to a specific location on a page from a reusable element?

I have a button in my reusable header, that I want to go to about halfway down a specific page. I have seen where you can scroll to a specific element, but this doesn’t work if the button is in a reusable element. Any way to accomplish this.
