Scrolling from a header element?

I need help that I want to click an element in the header that leads to a UI Element in the index with scrolling down.

You can use the ‘scroll to’ action in the workflows.

Is not a header on your index page?
Is it a re-usable element and that’s the reason?

It is a reusable element.

Just use a non-reusable nav bar for this specific page. You can still use the re-usable nav bar for the rest of the pages.
