We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties while using our plugin.
The error code you’re encountering (HTTP 401) indicates an authentication issue with the Revolut Merchant Checkout plugin. This typically means that the API credentials being used are either incorrect or have not been provided.
Here are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:
Make sure that in your plugin tab, the Api keys fields are set in the exact way as on our Demo, you need to double check if you entered the word Bearer+space than your API key, the same applies for both fields.
Afterward, you would need to confirm from your Revolut account that the API keys you are using are active and have the necessary permissions for creating orders.
Additionally, ensure that the API key and secret you are using for the Revolut Merchant Checkout plugin are correct. Check that you are using the correct environment (SANDBOX or LIVE) and that the API keys correspond to that environment.
**i payed 50$ for this and wondering if it was just a outdated plugin **
We understand that such issues can be frustrating and disrupt your development process.
Kindly note, that the error you have encountered is not a plugin issue but rather an API misconfiguration, as we have tested on our Live Page and the transaction is successfully completed.
We are committed to helping you solve this issue, please consider following the suggestions offered above, they should help you identify the problem.
and i should not have spent this money, and if so if a refund is possible?
IF you decide to go for a refund, note that as a publisher on the Bubble marketplace, Zeroqode does not have direct access to financial transactions. All plugin sales are processed through the Bubble marketplace platform, which unfortunately makes it technically impossible for us to issue a refund from our side.
However, you can contact Bubble’s support team at support@bubble.io and explain your situation. They may be able to assist you with a refund or other options regarding your purchase.
If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Have a nice day!
