I see that this plugin is now deprecated, though. Can you share some insight on what’s happening with this plugin many use in production? And any plans for what’s to come?
We’ve recently acquired the plugin, the developers are currently reviewing its roadmap and future updates. We will make sure to keep you informed about any decisions from our developers and notify you once the next update is released
Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Have a nice day!
Zeroqode Support Team.
We use this plugin in a large enterprise app, and unfortunately it broke our invoicing system. Attachments appears to be the only “real” thing broken, our HTML emails are still being sent and processed by Postmark using this plugin, but attachments do not actually attach to emails.
My suspicion is that this is caused by the new .get() method change.
Anyway, seeing this updated would be huge. For now, we are evaluating other plugins. Not having to would be amazing.
Woohoo! Can you please ask the developers to include as much information in the response as possible? Postmark provides more than enough information when a call fails, but the plugin, in its current form, doesn’t include that.
We’re excited to let you know that our development team has taken your suggestions into account, and we are very close to releasing the update.
Your input is incredibly important to us and helps us make our services better for everyone. We truly appreciate your patience as we finalize these fixes.
Please stay tuned for the update, and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or additional feedback.
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team.
Hello,
We hope this message reaches you all in good spirits.
We are excited to announce that we have effectively resolved the issue with deprecated status on the Rich Postmark Emai. Our latest update, version 1.11.0 also includes optimizations and enhancements based on the invaluable feedback from you all.
If you want to explore and test the plugin functionality with your own emails all you have to do is enter your own Postamark Api key in this field, provided for your convenience.
@draked123 Thank you for your insight regarding the .get() method, our devs came to a similar conclusion and fixed the code, adjusting it to the last plugin engine version. We’re pleased to confirm that the .get() method is now functioning seamlessly.
We also extend our gratitude to @mac2 for highlighting the need for more detailed error reporting. Taking your feedback into account, our update now includes additional exposed states like “error codes, message (error or ok), Submitted at, To, Cc, Bcc.”
Feel free to explore these plugin functionalities in your app and share with us your thoughts and feedback.
We are thrilled by the active participation and contributions from each member of our community, such interactions and feedback directly contributed to the improvement of this plugin and benefited the overall bubble community
Thank you all for your continued support and engagement!
Best Regards,
Zeroqode Support Team.
@ZeroqodeSupport would it be possible to please add “Tags” to the postmark plugin. This allows users to tag their emails to make it easier to filter in the Postmark app.
Unfortunately we don’t have this feature in the plugin at the moment.
At Zeroqode, we continuously strive to improve our products and appreciate your initiative.
