Rich text editor of a text element, custom color palate

Is there a way to custom set the color palate in the rich text editor (bubble plugin) of a text element. See image below

you can use the bbcode in the text element.

Example: [style color=#FF00FF]Text in fuchsia[/style]

BBCode - Wikipedia.

This doesn’t change the color in the rich text editor but it does allow you to use any color on texts.
