My rich text edited emails are looking fine when sent through SendGrid but showing like this when sent through postmark…anyone know what I need to change please?

Perhaps postmark doesn’t support bbcode. Not entirely sure.

For postmark, you’ll need to use a plugin to convert the bbcode to HTML.
I use this free plugin and it does the job just fine.
