When the plugin is set to tooltip, links added to the rich text box are not clickable. This plugin is unusable for links with the setting in tooltip.

You can submit a bug report to Bubble support, but I wouldn’t hold your breath on this one getting addressed, and they might tell you to submit it as an idea to the ideaboard.
Don’t know why this was not QA’d by the bubble plugin team? It’s a surface level bug that’s real easy to expose.
