Saving a multilineinput need help

so im trying to create an id sort of thing but i cant get the data to save it after i mod the text.
im trying to get the save button to save the text after i enter it as say a user on the cad.

name but i want it to save that info if someone enters it
age in the fields how can i do that sorry new to this
email and the totorial videos are super old thanks

Try creating different fields for each field, not using a multi line. Then create a workflow that stores the data for each field in the database when you click save.

OK I CREATED INDIVIDUAL TEXT BOXES FOR THEM BUT I CANT FIGURE OUT THE WORKFLOW STEPS TO DO IT CAN YOU POSSIBLY HELP ME ON THAT MUCH APPERICIATED AND THANKS
