Scrolling behavior in mobile

I have the following app and I am running it on mobile. I want only the RG to scroll.

When you scroll starting from the RG the behavior is ok. However, when you scroll starting from the red floating group in the bottom it seems that another scroll bar is activated which in turn messes up the behavior of the RG scrolling. Is there a way I can remove the “outer” scroll bar?

P.S: As you can see on desktop there are two scroll bars.
