Search app for where the Option set values are used

When I am searching the app via App Search on the top of Editor, I can find an element on the frontend that uses a specific Option Set.
But is there a way, to look on the whole app - where the Option Set is used in the workflow?

As I only can search for Datasource, but this one is limited to the database elements, not an option set.

Nervermind - I have found that I can look for a field in db which this option set is converted to. More work, but somehow helped me.
