See a log of every data entry, edit, delete

As the Admin of the app, i want to be able to see a list of activity in the app, (the Creation, edit, and delete of things of each type) as it happens, like a live feed, with logs.

On the Data tab you can see the entries, but you see a static view.

Is there any better way?

You’d probably have to build this yourself, as I’m not sure of a way to get this information unless you use a 3rd party tool like Mixpanel. Even then, not sure if they do it automatically.
