Is the PDF generation working on your side? I am using selectPDF.

Hi, since this morning, my Bubble workflows using the SelectPDF plugin have started failing with the following error: Workflow error - SelectPDF failed: SelectPDF failed to print page. I’m trying to convert Bubble page to PDF.

This was working normally before today, and I haven’t changed anything in the workflow or the PDF configuration.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue today? Do you know the solution?

I too use selectPDF. and its partially working for me. I can generate a pdf, but now without any changes for years to my app, the pdfs are getting cut off and not generating multiple pages.

I have the exact same issue appearing on the same day. My production clients can no longer generate PDFs larger than two pages. Has anyone found a workaround or opened a support ticket yet?

Us too. Production clients are not able to generate PDFs so this is high priority for us - @fede.bubble

For anyone who is considering alternatives to SelectPDF, just wanted to mention DocuPotion as an option.

We’ve been reliably generating PDFs for Bubble users for several years (including for users who are generating > 40 page PDF documents). We use Bubble-specific logic to ensure all elements are loaded before the PDF gets generated.

It works quite similarly to SelectPDF (template page → PDF conversion) and also has a bunch of extra stuff (advanced page breaks, custom header/footers).

I’m experiencing the same issue since yesterday.

When generating a PDF/printing a page with the SelectPDF plugin, around half of the page gets cut off and no content is visible in that part of the PDF.

Interestingly, if I connect SelectPDF through the API Connector instead of using the SelectPDF plugin, the PDF generation works perfectly.

not yet - would this help? Having same issue as @nicky and @brian2 , bottom half of first page of export cut off - then nothing else generates. Can switch to API Connector but would prefer to keep using the bubble plugin if fix is likely. Thanks!
