SelectPDF Not working

Does anyone know if there is a problem with Bubble or SelectPDF. My application has stopped creating PDFs.

I’m currently having the same issue all of a sudden in one of my apps.

Bubble released an update to Select PDF just yesterday. Maybe the updates had a bug of some kind in it.

I hope we can get to the bottom of it sooner than later. Our entire accounting system is down because we can’t generate quotes, invoices, etc…

Its back up and working for me now.

Seems to be working for me now too.

Offline for me now - only getting “key not active”. Anyone else?

I was informed by SelectPDF that they fixed the problem this morning and I’ve not had any issues since.

Cool. Yeah for what it’s worth, and after some digging, it turned out that we’d hit our limit (actually went over it pretty far) and they just decided to switch us off without notification. You can check your limit here https://selectpdf.com/api2/usage?key=[your key]&get_history=True
