Send data to an external site

Hi,

Bubble beginner here so the question might be stupid :). I’ve searched for answers but I couldn’t find any.
I’m trying to populate an input form in an external site based on some data from the database at the press of a button(i.e. fill in the user name and email of an user in a form). Also, I’m planning to send the same information to multiple pages and the forms will be different and in different locations on the respective pages. How can this be done?

Would this be possible by creating a plugin?
I’m asking if this is possible so, if it is, I would investigate the best way of creating/paying someone to create the said plugin?
