Send mail not sending

Hi All - I implemented the send mail function, but no mail is being received.

Here’s the workflow:

I don’t see any errors, and I do not receive the email. I tried different recipients, nothing. I waited more than 12hours in case there was a bit of latency, but still nothing.

I feel like I am missing a set up somewhere… Can you help ?

Started to send all of the sudden. Not sure what was wrong !
