Sendgrid rejection issues

Hi, fellow bubblers… im super frustrated!

Sendgrid is rejecting my requests/ signup and are not giving any reasons for this… we have populated all the correct data but still have the issue, now we cannot send any emails from native bubble… we are running a custom domain.

They probably have strict requirements to reduce the risk of spam. A domain recently registered in Nigeria, for example, will unfortunately find it harder to get approved. You can try alternative email providers but whilst Bubble’s shared email is down, if you can’t use SendGrid, you do just need to set up another email tool using the API Connector.
