I use Sendgrid to send email to my users, from my understanding in order to send an specific template from your sendgrid account you need to copy and paste the template ID into the workflow action . My problem here is that the emails are only being sent only if I add the template ID to bubble’s settings ( see attached picture)
If I add the template ID to bubble’s settings then the other templates with different ID’s are not sent. Does this mean I can only send 1 type of email template ? What if I need to send different email templates for different purposes ?

If you’re wanting to use Sendgrid to send multiple templates and have the flexibility of choosing which template to send with every action, you need to use a 3rd party plugin.
This is the one I use: SendGrid Plugin | Bubble
I’m using Sendgrid plugin by bubble, the problem is that my emails are not sent unless the template ID is the same in the workflow and in bubble email settings as shown in the previous picture.
There is no Bubble Sendgrid plugin, just what’s built into Bubble to allow you to send system emails using Sendgrid. That only gives you this global template id field like your screenshot. What I’m saying is you need to use a 3rd party plugin to give you the ability to specify the template ID on the send action - that way you can send dynamic id’s or have a different template for different type of email action, etc.
