The body field in this action is using JSON formatting. Please be sure to check the correctness of inserted values by using a verification tool, like for example: https://jsonlint.com/
Also, while testing, to track possible errors, please use the Bubble Editor’s debugger as well as opened browser console.

Btw, if you like our plugin, we would be grateful if you can rate it by going to the Plugins tab in Bubble editor. Find the plugin by name and it gives it as many stars as it deserves

Have a good day!
Thanks for the plugin. I successfully sent an email with this trigger action last month, but I don’t know why suddenly it couldn’t send an email any more. I have checked it with Jsonlint, and it’s already a JSON valid. Could you please tell me where I got it all wrong? Thank you so much in advance.
It appears that we’re experiencing an issue on our end. We’ve already informed our developer team about this matter. We’ll be sure to keep you posted as soon as we receive any updates.
Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
After examining our demo page, we’ve identified the root cause of the issue. The issue arises from the “Replyto (email)” and “Template ID” fields – they need to be completed as per the documentation. When these fields are populated, the message is sent successfully.
To ensure successful sending, kindly verify that all the fields are filled out. You can also take a look at our demo page: Demo Editor Link
