We did sent a mail but no response,
Actually our users are seeing messages like- please refresh…error
That’s quite annoying any solutions?

They typically respond during typical business hours. 9-6 ET I believe.

I’m not seeing refresh errors on my apps. Do you have a link to your app?

Can’t even get the Bubble.io homepage to refresh.

I’m also getting the same problem. fortunately our apps are internal, but users are complaining of non responsive actions and the refresh banner

Nope! It loaded for me maybe a lot of people are trying to load it at the same time?

All are in the hope that some new feature will be released and so no one is going crazy, also the deployed apps are not getting much issues either.

Yip however this turns out, Bubble needs to understand this can never happen again (the lack of communication), major brand damage here. You cant let users hang for hours on end and stay silent, scary scary scary. Time Zones should never EVER be an excuse when you are running a business in this industry. crazy.

I am from South Africa and run a tech business no where near the size of Bubble yet, we have staff in the office 24/7 on shifts managing our servers and supporting clients. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional from Bubble

Been like this for about 10 minutes so far. Just got started today and saw nothing working, then came to forum and saw the posts.

Sent in an email. I hope EVERYBODY else who is experiencing issues are sending emails and bug reports to support as well. There SHOULD be SOMEBODY at Bubble that could be more responsive to issues like this…maybe a 24 hour team rather than just a 9-6 weekdays only.
