Show specific thing in index 1 on RG no regardless sorting

I have a Repeating group which i want to show a specific thing on the first index, always, regardless of the sorting.

(And Only when this thing is a part of the RG datasource search)

In the repeating group’s data source, you can merge two searches, where the first search is constrained to only show that item and then merge it with the actual full list search (and apply the sorting there.
