Showing changes within a text paragraph

Anyone have suggestions on how to render added, deleted, and replaced changes into a multiline box? The best comparison would be from word documents when you make edits you can see words that were deleted in red and shown words that were added in green.

Im trying to build something that when I click to make changes and submit it the print out will show those changes.

You can. Both are JS script. You can choose to integrate it directly with js tool or create a plugin
