It was a while ago, but I was able to make this game. Bubble restricts free plans now so it isn’t usable but there is a video to see what it looked like. 
It’s definitely possible although I am not sure if Bubble is the right tool for the job. I guess it just depends on the game that you want to build. Quiz games work well. The game above would be possible in Bubble as well.
