Hey bubble
Bubbles pricing states that SSL certification is a part of the personal plan.
But in my bubble settings i only get this message:
Why is this? and how do i make my page secure?

@emmanuel why is the bubble support not answering me?
It’s a Sunday, the only reply Monday to Friday. Annoying as f*ck.
Hey Jacob,
I’d try refreshing your app or logging out and back in, to access your app - possibly a cache refresh even.
Seeing as its not of urgency, I suggest reaching out to support tomorrow via their contact form:
I have tried everything and the support do not answer me…
i have send the a message last week and this week no answer…
To clarify: you purchased the Personal plan for your app, you login to that app’s editor, and you do not have the ability to add SSL?
It’s worth pointing out that your subscribed plan is PER APP, not per account. If you have multiple apps, each of them needs their own subscription. Just thought I’d point this out here, as I’ve seen a few other people miss this.
Yes i purchased the personal plan and when i go in to the editor i dont have the SSL option.
and i know but i don’t get the option anywhere…
I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but for the app in question, can you verify that specific app is the one on the plan? The screenshot above doesn’t confirm the app is on a paid plan.
It would be Settings > App Plan, and at the top of the page it would say the current plan for that individual application.
If your using a Hobby plan the site is automatically encrypted and secure by Bubble’s domain name “bubbleapps.io” If you are wanting a custom domain name to be secure you will have to upgrade plans.
I think the challenge here is that you’re on an unsupported plan now. I don’t recall if the legacy plan let you add SSL to the app. What’s stopping you from upgrading away from the legacy plan?
As far as i can see SSL is part of the personal plan. and i think the professional plan is to expensive…
Yes, but the screenshot you shared shows that you are on the Legacy plan, not the current Personal plan. If I had to guess, that’s where the issue has arrived. If you migrate to the new plan and pricing, that may fix the issue.
It did the trick! thank you man!
