Standard Input Style

In the Standard Input Style we’d like to be able to set a condition for when the Input is disabled, but it’s currently not possible.

Could this be added to the Style options?

Disabled isn’t a propriety of the input since it can be modified. If we expose that users are going to do ‘when I put is disabled make turn disabled to no’, which we’ve seen in the past and it’s not good.

It’s better to style the input with the condition that makes the input disabled.

Right… I can see the issue… just that we have vast numbers of inputs that we want to be able to disable based on states… ah well… shame we select multiple elements and make the conditions the same…

Could this be fixed by removing the This input is disabled from the list of options for Select a property to change when true if the When clause has This Input’s disabled is/is not

This would work for both Style and Individual Inputs

Disabled

It would also need to be applied where the Input is selected by it’s name
Disabled 2

As per my images above… Currently we can still do it on the individual inputs, so rather than completely removing it from the Styles.

Please add back the This Input’s disabled is/is not to the When clause in styles.
And either:
- Add a warning/issues if This input is disabled is in both the When and the property to change
- Or only remove the This input is disabled from the property to change list to select when the When has the This input is disabled

I agree that we should be able to set the style of disabled in the styles then when we set an input to disabled then it will automatically change it’s look to the disabled look as per the condition in the input’s selected style
