Sticky element at bottom of floating group?

I’m trying to replicate the experience of the left-hand menu in Google Photos:

In that menu, the group of text “Privacy - Terms - Policy” is sticky to the bottom of the menu. It remains in place even as you adjust the height of the browser (no scroll bars appear as you adjust the browser’s height).

I’ve created a floating group for my menu (Vertically float relative to Both), but I can’t figure out how to “stick” an element to the bottom of the floating group like in the Google Photos menu example. Any suggestions?
