Just invited you(support@zeroqode.com) as a collaborator to the āMachinery-marketā app. On page Stripe Test you will find current set up. Issue right now is to just get my seller ID. Trying to build a market place where customers can pay directly to different sellers while I get a commission for each sale. Started building but couldnt retrieve Seller ID. Would love your help.

Thank you for providing access to your app. Our developers have checked it and most probably you do not receive the Seller ID because stripe Connect is not enabled. Please check once again the documentation and verify if you have completed all the steps as presented there. While checking your app was used our keys and the stripe ID were received.

My Stripe Connect looks enabled. I just created a custom account. Also my stripe account was activated. Meaning I could use the live keys. I replaced the test keys with the live keys and still nothing ![]()

If your account is connected and all the steps from documentation ware done the only way to find the solution would be to check your stripe account. So if it is possible please add zqdevelopment@gmail.com as developers to your stripe account. Here is the link where you can do that https://dashboard.stripe.com/account/team

Thank you for providing access to your dashboard. Our team checked everything and the issue is not related to the plugin. A solution to your issue that may solve your problem is to open the Developers tab and to update the API version.

Another question: Does this plugin allow us to connect with a Standard Account? It seems from the documentation that the Platform using this plugin would be liable for any chargebacks.

Stripe actually as a platform in general is available in these countries only: https://stripe.com/global
As for Express feature which is also available part of Stripe, is indeed limited to specific regions as well which can be found here: https://stripe.com/connect/express

I did an upgrade and it still didnt work. Let me try break this down better.
Iām trying to build a marketplace, where sellers can be paid directly by customers buying their products while a certain commission goes to us. It will also be on a subscription basis which your documentation states is possible.
The issue right now is I cant create a seller account. Followed the exact procedure(I suppose) in your demo app where you stored the seller id in a state but havenāt even gotten past the stage of creating a seller account thus having a seller ID.
The plugin connects to my stripe account quite alright. I have successful api requests on my test data but yet nothing. Live keys always show error even after activating my Stripe account. So at this point Iām not even sure where the error is from and this is quite urgent for us. Please help. @ZeroqodeSupport
