Online Identity Verification became more accessible with this plugin. It allows you to send and receive applicants’ data and documents for verification. This plugin consists of 15 actions that allow you to get applicant data, add ID doc, change provided info, get applicant status and many others.
Thank you very much for your contributions as always.
I wanted to ask you a question, the plugin is up to date, is it working today ? Since we are building a new application and we are going to need KYC validation and we saw that sumsub has a good environment for this.
If I was having problems with the API more than anything to sign but I understand it would not be a problem with the plugin as it runs with the keys.
I just wanted to ask you that question, so I can move forward with a subscription and do some tests to validate, but maybe you can give me a head start.
I take this opportunity to ask you, from your experience sumsub is the right one for identity validations? Because I was looking at SEON which is also a good option. Let me know.
To answer your question—yes, the plugin is up to date and working properly. Since the plugin interacts with Sumsub via API keys, any issues related to signing would generally be on the API side rather than the plugin itself. However, if you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out, and we’d be happy to assist.
To explore more about the plugin, we recommend checking out the Demo Page to get a better understanding of its functionality.
If you’re on a paid Bubble plan, you can subscribe to the plugin and test it for a short period. You only pay for the actual number of days you use it—so if you try it for just one or two days and decide it’s not the right fit, the cost will be minimal (plugin fee divided by 30 per day). This way, you can validate if it works for your needs without committing to a full month.
Just checking in to see if you had a chance to run the workflow in debug mode and capture the raw text values being sent to Sumsub. This information will help us pinpoint exactly which fields are being formatted incorrectly so we can move forward with the investigation.
Whenever you’re ready, please share the debug screenshots or the raw output for each field in the Create Applicant step.
