Text disappearing in Panel under Appearance

I just create a comment with the same issue , it has , I believe, a better explanation of the issue.
And yes, I have noticed, since yesterday.

Bug when writing any text, “insert dynamic data” keeps showing up and auto selecting the text, this keeps happening every two or three seconds, so if I stop writing and then continue, I erase all the text already in because the “insert dynamic data” showed up and autoselect the text. please see the image.
