This has become a recurring problem and it's unacceptable for production apps

We’ve seen the status banner, but I think the bigger issue is that this is no longer an isolated incident.

For those of us running production businesses on Bubble, slowdowns and platform-wide performance issues have become far too frequent. Every time this happens it affects our customers, our revenue, and our credibility.

Today our application is extremely slow:

  • Pages take a long time to load.
  • Workflows are delayed.
  • The editor is sluggish.
  • Customers think our application is broken.

The most frustrating part is that this feels like the same problem happening over and over again.

Many of us pay significant monthly fees to run businesses on Bubble. Reliability should be one of the platform’s highest priorities.

Can Bubble please provide:

  • What is actually causing these recurring outages?
  • What long-term infrastructure improvements are being made?
  • What is the timeline for preventing this from continuing to happen?

We love the platform and have invested years building on it, but these recurring incidents are becoming increasingly difficult to justify to our customers.

I hope this receives more than another temporary fix.

Sorry all, I know this is very frustrating.

I’ll check with the team so we can share a postmortem of today’s incidents when engineering has had time to write them up

Not trying to downplay what happened but I understand that dedicated apps weren’t affected. Were you on dedicated?
