I am trying to create a reservation system similar to this one:
I would like people to be able to choose an option and the quantity and the total is done automatically.
Can anyone give me the procedure?

In your database, create a datatype for reservation_item, along with one for reservation.
A reservation will hold a list of reservation_items, and each reservation_item will hold the event, ticket-option, quantity, sub-total, and reservation.
Then, in the right hand side panel, to display the total price, just sum each reservation_item's sub-totals.
