Tokbox video chat plugin makes remote video communication simple. Very easy to use, no more complex settings and configurations. Just place the element on the page and off you go.
I just tried it out. Feels way way way too good to be true. Excited to hear some input from other Bubblers as this plugin feels like a cheat-code compared to all of the other video-chat implementations out there.
A few Q’s
What’s the limit of users per conference?
What’s the limit of conferences per bubble app?
How is this sustainable? Who’s paying for the TokBox subscription?
Anyways, ZQ is seriously pushing the needle in terms of what can be possible through Bubble, especially for non-technical founders trying to get their startups off the ground. Props to them tbh.

Regarding our questions:
In a scenario where all participants publish and all participants subscribe to all streams from all other participants, a fully meshed multi-party video session, OpenTok cloud can support up to 55 participants. Please note that this number would be severely limited by the ability of your end-device to receive, decode and render such a large number of streams simultaneously.
As per a fact, it’s unlimited, but should be taken into consideration that the device resources and bubble are limited, meaning that Bubble itself consumes a lot of resources, and connecting a lot of Tokbox Chats will result in overloading the app. So it is undesirable to create a lot of conferences on a single page.
As in all video chat plugins sustainability depends on the network connection, devices resources, OS, and of course on plufin/workflow settings. But in this case, it is a very easy plugin to use.
For Tokbox subscription pays the one whose keys are used in plugin settings.
