Is there a way of tracking my course videos completion percentage so that users can see how much they have left to watch?
More than likely, but it depends where/how your videos are being hosted and delivered from (i.e. Vimeo, Wistia, Ziggeo, etc.).
There are some plugins for various video hosting providers that may offer that kind of functionality, and most of the major Video hosting providers will have their own custom JavaScript SDKs you can use for that.
So, depending on where your videos are hosted, either look for a Bubble plugin, or check their developer docs to see what they offer.
