We’re using bubble as a backend for a customer facing Virtual Try-On and Order management app. When a user creates a “Quote” using our app, it triggers a workflow that triggers a Zapier zap that puts the “Quote” into a MySQL database where it then proceeds to manufacturing and shipping.
I’m running into an issue where sometimes the “Quote” will be created on the Bubble side but it won’t trigger the Zapier zap. I have to physically go into Zapier and reconnect bubble for it to start working. A remedy I found was to add a 10 minute delay on the bubble workflow, but even then sometimes the Zap doesn’t fire. I don’t know if it’s on the Bubble side or the Zapier side of this but I wanted to see if anyone else had any sort of experience in this area.
