True / False or Yes/No from radio buttons

I have an Yes or No question, Result of the question need to be saved to database (Yes or No) how to achieve this…my current setup is below

This always result in a “False” value aka No

Set the expression to "Positive_Select?'s value is ‘Yes’

That will do it. This expression is either true or false, so the value will be either yes or no. Value is either Yes or it is not Yes.
